The CBR program is administered by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services through a contract with eGlobalTech (eGT), a woman-owned Federal services firm headquartered in Arlington, VA. eGT and its contract partner, Palmetto GBA, are responsible for conducting the statistical analysis central to the data contained in each CBR, developing and disseminating the CBRs, ensuring data integrity and privacy, and providing customer service and educational outreach to providers.
